Terms and Conditions
Terms of use for QT33: acceptable use, data accuracy, backups, connected vs offline data, advertisements, limitation of liability, and contact.
Agreement
By accessing https://qt33.in, using the QT33 web workspace, or installing QT33 mobile applications, you agree to these Terms. If you use QT33 on behalf of a utility or contractor, you also follow your employer information security and records policies.
Service description
QT33 provides software to record, review, and report 33 KV substation operational data. Features include DLR, interruptions, registers, and monthly reports as described on the Features page. The service is provided for legitimate operational record-keeping.
Not a replacement for official utility records
Unless your department formally accepts QT33 outputs as authoritative, paper or official systems required by your circle remain controlling. QT33 copies are convenience and workflow aids. Operators remain responsible for complying with local orders on register format and retention.
User responsibilities
- Enter accurate data; do not falsify readings or interruptions.
- Protect passwords and do not share accounts.
- Do not attempt to disrupt sync, databases, or other users.
- Report suspected security issues promptly.
Backup responsibility
You and your organization are responsible for backups, especially in offline mode. Cloud sync in connected mode does not remove the need for organizational disaster-recovery planning. The publisher is not liable for data loss where no backup was kept.
Connected and offline data
Connected mode stores authentication and operational data with third-party providers described in the Privacy Policy. Offline mode stores data on your device. Moving between modes requires explicit export/import and admin coordination.
Advertisements
Public informational pages on the website may display Google AdSense advertisements when enabled after publisher approval. Login, workspace (/app), dashboards, data-entry screens, modals, blank pages, error pages, and print layouts do not display ads.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QT33 and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including operational decisions, grid events, or data loss where backups were not maintained. Critical safety actions remain the duty of licensed staff and local procedures.
Privacy policy
Personal and operational data practices are described on the Privacy Policy page at /privacy-policy.
Changes and contact
Terms may be updated by posting a new date on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
