Purpose of contact
Use this channel for QT33 application support: login problems, report export questions, backup/import guidance, and privacy rights. For live grid emergencies or consumer complaints, follow your utility control room procedures—QT33 support does not operate the electricity network.
What to include in your message
- Your username (connected mode) and assigned substation name.
- Module name: DLR, faults, Report Center, backup, etc.
- Operational date affected and brief description.
- Browser or app version and screenshot if reporting a display issue.
Response expectation
Messages are answered as soon as possible, typically within a few business days. Complex data issues may need cooperation from your substation admin. Account deletion for connected users can often be completed in-app via Session → Delete My Account without waiting for email.
