Privacy Policy — QT33
This Privacy Policy describes how QT33 (33 KV substation record management) collects, uses, stores, and deletes information across the QT33 web app, the QT33 Connected Android app, and the QT33 Offline Android app.
1. Purpose of the apps
QT33 helps electricity utility teams maintain operational records for 33 KV substations, including daily load records (DLR), interruptions, battery registers, maintenance, faults, charge handover, feeder and asset history accounts, history registers, notices, feedback, and printable reports.
2. Account and profile data
When you create or use an account (web or Connected app), we may process:
- Full name, email address, username, mobile number
- Role (main admin, substation admin, operator, and similar)
- Assigned substation and access permissions
- Session and login metadata required for security
3. Operational records you enter
Depending on your role, the apps may store:
- Daily log (DLR) and interruption entries
- Battery register, maintenance, and fault records
- Charge handover, feeder history account, asset history account
- History register events, master data, reports, notices, and feedback
Connected mode syncs with online services. Offline mode keeps data on your device unless you export a backup.
4. Connected app — Firebase, Auth, and Supabase
The QT33 Connected app and web workspace use Firebase Authentication and Supabase for sign-in, profiles, authorization, and operational record storage. Data is linked to your assigned substation and role. Administrators can create, approve, disable, or delete users.
5. Offline app — local storage
The QT33 Offline Android app stores records locally on your device. Data is not uploaded unless you explicitly export or share a backup. Uninstalling the app removes local data.
6. Advertising (Google AdSense and AdMob)
The QT33 website may show Google AdSense ads. The Android apps may show Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its partners may use cookies, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

7. Data deletion
- Delete my account: Use Session → Delete My Account in the connected app, or see delete account information.

- The Connected app synchronizes operational records with the online database.

- Administrators can create, manage, and delete users.

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may collect device and ad identifiers per Google policies.
