QT33 features

Detailed QT33 modules: daily log register, interruptions, battery and fault registers, maintenance, charge handover, monthly reports, backup, connected and offline Android.

Daily Log Register (DLR) module

The DLR module is the heart of substation recording. Operators enter hourly demand and energy readings on a chart aligned to the operational date. Feeder-wise kWh or ampere columns reflect masters configured for the substation. Min/max tracking and saved-record review help supervisors audit a day without reopening paper books.

Interruption rows on the DLR screen link minutes to feeders so monthly interruption summaries stay consistent with daily evidence.

Interruption module

Dedicated interruption entry supports types such as load shedding, breakdown, emergency fault, and over-current events with from/to timestamps, duration calculation, and remarks. Filters in list views help find events before printing monthly interruption totals.

Battery register

Track bank voltage, charger status, maintenance cross-references, and remarks when banks are isolated. Battery data supports shift handover when charger alarms occurred overnight.

Fault register

Document feeder trips, equipment failures, causes, restoration times, and printable fault sheets for office files. Duration fields feed monthly fault summaries.

Maintenance register

Log planned and breakdown maintenance with equipment linkage, bay references, staff names, status, and follow-up notes. Helps answer audit questions about what was open at month end.

Charge handover

Structured shift transfer with outgoing/incoming operator fields, pending work list, and acknowledgement. Reduces verbal-only handovers that are hard to prove later.

Reports and month-end pack

Report Center delivers monthly consumption, min/max demand, interruption totals, energy balance, feeder load trend, abnormal consumption, event impact, and data completeness views. Month-end pack groups outputs for subdivision submission. Export to print, PDF, CSV, or share per policy.

Connected app (web and Android)

Multi-user access with Firebase Authentication and Supabase storage. Admins manage users, substations, notices, and sync monitoring. Operators use browsers or Connected Android with the same credentials.

Offline Android app

Single-user local database for yards without reliable internet. Full register set without cloud login for entry. Export/import backup files are the primary disaster-recovery path.

Backup, import, and export

Offline export creates portable backup files. Import restores them on a new device. Connected deployments should combine cloud sync with organizational backup discipline. Masters export may be available for admins depending on version.

Administration and security

  • Roles: main admin, substation admin, operator.
  • Substation assignment and module permissions.
  • Notice board and in-app feedback.
  • Audit and sync monitor for connected sites.
  • Account deletion and privacy controls in Session.
